2008年1年22日澳新銀行ANZ面經

通知的時候先說是電面，后來又改成on-site的面試。
長安大戲院二座17層。ANZ在北京的辦公室，應該是營業處和辦公處都在一起。
等待的時候旁邊有個員工在給客戶辦業務，嗷嗷那個英文好的呀，聽起來很舒服的，很Pro的~
被領到大會議室，面無表情的倆面試官簡單介紹了1個是hr1個是業務經理。就開始飛速的問問題：（當然全是英文）
Q:why ANZ？3 reasons?
A:leading bank in australia and newzealand, strength in trade finance, foreign banks in china,還有啥我忘了，這里犯了一個錯誤，我沒有表現出commitment……
Q:have you applied other companies or other foreign bank, any offer?
A:老實回答。我個人的感覺是，當問到有沒有申請其他公司的時候，最后說行業內其他的主要公司，這樣對方會覺得你的目標行業很明確~
Q:career goal..
A:純粹的faq阿，扯就可以了~
Q:use one sentence to describe yourself

Q:how would your friends describe you?

Q:what question you do not want to be asked
A:終于碰上這種陷阱問題……我狠了狠心說the biggest failure,然后很快解釋到maybe it is the biggest failure now but if you look it over after 10 years, no longer a failure……
很快就被問到：then what is your biggest failure……
Q:can you tell me a joke
A:先汗一個。這還是第1次碰上這種問題。（俺說中文的笑話都沒人笑，更別說英文的了=_=）果然，我磕磕巴巴說了一個sorry, sorry too, sorry three, what are you sorry for的笑話之后，對面的人還是面無表情=_=
Q:why should we hire you, give one reason

Q:how do you think you can contribute to ANZ

Q:if you can not be located to the dept. you want, how other dept.?
A:我驚世駭俗的說對其他部門不感興趣……
基本就是這些，后來我問了問他們業務擴展的問題（=_=）還有programm的問題。結束
