Job Duties:
1) Data input, filing, printing, faxing non-confidential HR data and documents;
2) Assist in HR admin in staff formalities and HR vendor contact;
3) Assist in Training admin i.e. training coordination, test arrangement and test  monitoring;
4) Assist in preparation and admin work in recruitment i.e. print resumes, invite interviews etc.

Requirements:
1) Undergraduate or postgraduate student;
2) Independent, good service attitude and team spirit;
3) Detailed oriented;
4) Good communication skills;
5) Good in English, both spoken and written;
6) Good PC skills MS Word, Excel etc.
