- 支持顧問對金融行業的中高層候選人的訪尋。

- 協助顧問進行相關候選人資料的收集、分類和整理。

Introduction of the Recruitment Industry
Recruitment is becoming a bigger and bigger business in China. A multi-billion RMB industry in fact, which provides recruitment solutions to clients and candidates around China.
Specialist recruitment firms (such as MAGI Associates) normally focus on a key professional industry such as Financial Services or Accountancy. Consultants are based in corporate offices, and initial contact with candidates is usually by telephone. Candidates will only be invited to meet consultants as and when required. Consultants will foster relationships with clients through face-to-face meetings.
Recruitment consultants, and the support services staff that work with them, provide an important contribution to businesses and the economy. Through market advice, networking and a complex selection process, consultants help professionals with the relevant skills and experience, for roles that empower a company to grow.
There are two strands to recruitment - candidate attraction and client acquisition, with the overall objective being to match the best-fit candidate to each client's job vacancies.
Client acquisition
Recruitment consultants work with client companies, building relationships in order to understand and meet their recruitment needs and requirements, in the immediate and long term.
Candidate attraction
Recruitment consultants attract candidates through direct approaching, networking, database mining and through referrals. Consultants screen, interview and run background checks of candidates, before finally matching the most suitable candidate to their client's vacancy.

Recruitment Consultant
As a recruitment consultant for MAGI there are many opportunities to earn excellent economic reward and work your way up the company.
Starting as a researcher or associate consultant, each consultant provides recruitment solutions to their clients and candidates, aiming to match the best-fit candidate to the client's job vacancies.
Key responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with clients, discussing their needs with them, both on the phone and face-to-face
- Source, qualify and shortlist the most suitable candidates for each vacancy
- Advise clients on interviewees' feedback, attitude and outlook
- Manage the job offer process, negotiating salary and benefit packages
- Provide CV, interview and career advice to candidates
- Interview candidates, both on an introductory level and for specific roles
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Keep up-to-speed with market knowledge and commercial awareness through research and networking
- Provide market insight and advice to employers
- Work as part of a team to maximize commercial performance
