          2011年度零售運營管理培訓生項目
           
          自1854年創立以來,路易威登就一直是高質量皮具和旅行箱包的代名詞。作為全球領先的奢華品集團路威酩軒的一員,路易威登的產品系列包括旅行箱包,手袋,鞋履,男女高級成衣,珠寶腕表以及配飾等。截止目前,路易威登在中國大陸地區27個城市直接管理經營著34間專賣店,另外有一家專賣店位于蒙古首都烏蘭巴托。除力求走在時尚潮流尖端外,對旅游的熱忱、高貴的物料、完美的細節、歷經時間考驗的精湛工藝是路易威登一直堅守的品牌精神,正因如此,其輝煌傳奇經歷了一個半世紀的時間考驗仍然歷久不衰。
           
          秉承完美和創新的理念,零售管理團隊的建設和培養一直是公司的重要目標。通過三個階段的能力培養計劃,優秀的大學畢業生將成為路易威登零售店鋪的管理專才。公司自2005年開始正式推廣本項目,目前共有55名管理培訓生在超過20家現有店鋪中積極參與著日常零售管理工作。
           
          項目簡介
           
          該管理培訓生項目分為三個階段,將循序漸進的職業發展和充滿挑戰性的店鋪管理相緊密結合。培訓內容包括度身定做的入職培訓,在職培訓,日常輔導和其它相關的內部和外部的培訓課程。基于個人的績效評估,職業發展會遵循如下步驟:
          專賣店店員——高級專賣店店員——店鋪主管
           
           
          l  第一階段:專賣店店員
          - 崗位職責:
          通過高質量的對客服務,產品知識和銷售技巧,完成產品銷售工作
          - 培訓重點:
          對客服務,產品知識,銷售技巧
          l  第二階段:高級專賣店店員
          - 崗位職責:
          協助店鋪主管完成日常店鋪營運工作,為專賣店店員設立工作榜樣
          - 培訓重點:
          報告撰寫,新員工培訓,公司新項目執行
          l  第三階段:店鋪主管
          - 崗位職責:
          監督管理銷售團隊,輔佐店鋪管理層達成營運目標
          - 培訓重點:
          團隊激勵技巧,獨立處理店鋪日常事務

          l  大學本科應屆畢業生,管理,財經,語言及其他經濟人文學科專業
          l  致力于在奢華品零售管理領域發展
          l  熱愛時尚行業,注重生活品位
          l  上佳的對客服務意識
          l  良好的團隊合作能力和溝通技巧
          l  具備出色的自我激勵能力和追求自我發展的愿望

          Retail Operations Management Trainee Program 2011
           
          Since 1854, the name of Louis Vuitton has been synonymous with the manufacture of high quality luggage, travel and leather items. Louis Vuitton is a subsidiary of LVMH, the leading global group to specialize in prestigious luxury products. Since 1998, Louis Vuitton has diversified into ready-to-wear, shoes, watches and jewelries with resounding success. Nowadays, Louis Vuitton directly operates 34 stores in 27 cities in Mainland China.
           
          To foster excellence and creativity, we are committed to developing a pool of managerial talent to strengthen our existing retail management teams in Louis Vuitton. This Retail Operations Management Trainee (ROMT) program is a competency development program and operates over a 3-phase training period. This program was officially launched in Mainland China in 2005, and currently there are 55 ROMTs working in more than 20 different stores of our core retailing activities.
           
          The Program
          Successful incumbents will enjoy a progressive career path, based on a challenging on-the-job development program in our retail operations. Excellent training will be offered including a tailor-made orientation program, on-the-job training, coaching and relevant in house or external training workshops. Based on individual performance, the career advancement could be as follows:
           
          Sales Associate——Senior Sales Associate——Store Supervisor
           
          l  Phase 1: Sales Associate
          - Position Scope:
          Optimize sales of merchandise through performance of the highest standard of customer service, product knowledge and selling skills to all customers.
          - Training Focus:
          Customer service, product knowledge, selling skills
          l  Phase 2: Senior Sales Associate
          - Position Scope:
          Optimize sales of merchandise through acting as a role model to Sales Associates and assisting Store Supervisor with various store operation duties.
          - Training Focus:
          Report handling, provide training for new joiners, implementing new ideas/projects.
          l  Phase 3: Store Supervisor
          - Position Scope:
          Optimize sales of merchandise through supervising Sales Associates and assist store management team with the various operations of the retail store environment.
          - Training Focus:
          Motivate oneself and team to achieve goals, handle store activities independently
           
           
          The Requirements
          l  Undergraduate in any discipline, including Business Management, Finance, Foreign Languages, etc
          l  A commitment to developing a career in retail management
          l  Passion to luxury industry and close to life style
          l  Customer service oriented
          l  Team player with excellent communication skills
          l  Self-driven and eager to have self development
          l  Highly flexible, active and enthusiastic
          l  Detail- and result-oriented
          l  Good command of English, French or any additional language is an advantage
