To ensure that INSITEasset has a pipeline of business managers, INSITEasset recruits a number of outstanding candidates every year to join the INSITE Management Trainee Program. As an important strategy of INSITE talent development, the program aims to select candidates with business acumen and leadership potential, develop them through trainings and rotations to meet INSITEasset's rapid business growth needs in China.
The Management Trainee Program is for candidates with a Bachelor degree or above in Business Management, Finance, Engineering, Real Estate Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Science with less than 2-year relevant work experience or internship, who have future operations leadership aspirations. The program's duration is 1 year and provides participants with progressive rotations in functional areas such as project management, operations, front line supervision, business development and marketing.
The top performing Management Trainees from the program will be committed a long term career development opportunity by INSITEasset. You may start your career at INSITEasset with the position most suitable for you.

實習生(6-8名)
全日制本科院校大三,四年級,研究生院研究生;經濟類、房地產開發設計經營專業、建筑設計、法務、市場研究、營銷、金融統計、相關專業優先;
有相關實習經歷和積極參與各類社會活動優先;
英語CET-6以上,聽說讀寫流利;
熟練運用常用辦公軟件;
性格開朗,樂于交流和團隊合作;
每周至少可工作3天以上。
 
 
 
法務實習生 (2名)
 
職位要求:
在校大四或研三的學生;
英語六級或以上;
法學專業,通過司法考試者優先;
熟練使用office辦公系統,如word, excel, PPT等;
對商業地產感興趣的優先;
工作時間:每周一至周五,早9點至晚6點。
 
職位描述:
合同的起草、修改及審核;
完成領導安排的法律檢索工作;
協助法律顧問參與合同的談判;
協助律師參加調解、仲裁或訴訟。
