          ? Tracing with Business incomplete documentation.
          ? Safekeeping of security documents, deposits and retrievals to/from the vault.
          ? Scanning of all security documents into the electronic database (E-doc)
          ? Turnaround time.
          ? Enforceability of documentation.
          ? Audit findings / rating.
          ? Number of incomplete / pending documentation.
          ? Updated and current record of documents in e-doc
          Operational Processing
          ? Updating and checking of the TOTPORT (customer database).
          ? Limit Management (IDMS).
          ? Monitoring/following up of pending IRAs (Customer Credit Reviews).
          ? Input/increase/reduce/delete limits and credit information input in credit system issued by People’s Bank of China (PBOC).
          ? No losses or exposure to operational risk.
          Monitoring ? Monitoring of commitment fee calculation and collection.
          ? Monitoring of RTO profit sharing.
          ? Monitoring of Covenants.
          ? Monitoring expiry dates of insurance policies, Credit Risk Takeovers and Corporate Guarantees.
          ? Monitoring expired credit limits.
          Monitoring Sundry accounts owned by Loan Ops Beijing and completing of account reconciliation reports on a monthly basis.
          ? Timeliness.
          Reporting Preparation of the following reports:
          ? Limit expiry report.
          ? KWG 14/ Evidenz reports.
          ? Ad-hoc reports to APHO, management such as reports to GCP-LEM.
          ? Key statistics and Cost Allocation reports.
          ? Overdue documentation
          ? Input Loan Ops’ portion in CBRC regular reports and submit to Beijing branch management for consolidation.
          ? Limit input in CRCS and daily report to PBOC
          ? Monthly Foreign Currency Loan report to SAFE
          ? Timely submission of reports, Accuracy and feedback from recipients.
          Operational Management
          ? Reviewing Limits of Authority and Documentation Retention Periods.
          ? Cleaning up of user profiles- Credit Automation and Marketing System (CAMKT) and Interactive Data Management System (IDMS).
          ? Updating of the Key Operating Procedures of the department.
          ? Rectification of audit findings.
          ? Updated Limits of Authority.
          ? Access to the system is limited to the authorized users.
          ? Updated and circulated Key Operating Procedures.
          ? Closure of audit issue within 60 days.
          ? Audit finding/grade
