　　工作職責： 　　1、及時準確對接開戶流程，指導客戶及銷售準備材料、提交系統審批、跟進協議用印、材料歸檔等業務流程；2、對接基礎業務需求，協助客戶或銷售與中后臺同事對接材料及進度；3、協助部門同事差旅事宜，預定機票酒店、處理費用報銷；4、協調安排會議、面試、培訓、團隊活動等；5、負責新員工入職手續、權限申請、物品采購等基礎行政工作；6、領導及銷售交代的其他臨時工作。 　　任職資格： 　　1、全日制大學本科或以上學歷，專業不限（經濟、金融類相關專業更好）；2、有證券、銀行、保險等相關行業工作經驗者優先；3、責任心強、認真細致、嚴謹耐心、積極樂觀；4、優秀的學習能力、分析解決問題能力、勤奮好學的態度；5、思路清晰、上手迅速、具備科學高效的時間管理能力；6、良好的組織協調、溝通協作能力； 　　7、抗壓能力強、能夠有條不紊跟進多個項目進度。
