　　FI Specialist - 數字化轉型專員

　　工作職責：

　　負責投行債券業務的數字化轉型；

　　挖掘投行債券業務中的數字化需求，尋找提高業務管理及項目執行效率的具體解決方案；負責與IT 部門及供應商合作，開發客戶維護、團隊管理、標準化作業、數據收集分析等各類系統；與中金其他部門對接，協助公司層面的系統開發建設。

　　- Perform digital transformation for Fixed Income Business Unit within the Investment

BankingDepartment- Analyze the potential digitalization demand in the Bond Underwriting business;

developcorresponding solutions to improve the efficiency of business management

and project execution- Coordinate with IT department external suppliers, e.g. develop systems

for client management,internal team management, standardized business operation,

data collection and analysis, etc.

　　- Cooperate with other departments within CICC to develop firm-level online system

任職資格：

　　全日制本科以上學歷，金融工程、計算機、數理統計等理工科專業優先；數據分析能力強，能熟練運用SQL/R/Python 等數據管理及分析工具；具有金融行業基礎知識，能夠快速理解投行業務；具有一定的項目管理經驗；正直誠信，積極主動，善于團隊溝通合作。

　　- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Financial Engineering, Computer Science,

Statistics orother related majors- Proficient with data analysis,

ability to use data analysis tools including SQL/R/Python- Familiarity with fundamental finance related knowledge,

able to understand the Investmentbanking business quickly- Experience of project management

　　- Integrity, self-motivated and a good team player
