職責: 　
1.為商業智能部各方面的分析工作提供支持， 領導及協調各種業務需求的分析工作 
2.使用高級分析工具（如SAS,SPSS等）進行數據挖掘，提供業務需求的報表及報告，對業
務回顧、目標客戶，市場定位及風險監控等工作提供數據分析支持
3.針對市場分析、風險管理等相關工作，建立或改善統計模型
4.為數據挖掘及數據倉庫的建立提供支持
5.根據業務要求進行臨時性的分析及數據挖掘工作   
6.以結果為導向，能在較短限定時間內完成工作
7.對業務需求能夠靈活、快速地了解需要和提供支持
　 　
要求:
                                                                            
                                                  教育背景和資格: 　
大學本科以上，專業為統計學、計算機科學或經濟學、金融學
•熟練使用SAS或SPSS達2年以上
•理解數據庫結構，有處理分析海量數據的經驗
•具備金融學相關知識，有在風險管理或市場部門進行數據分析的經驗
•金融行業背景下撰寫報告的工作經驗
