MLAG is a secondary industrial group of Midea Group and an integrated manufacturer with consumer electric appliances being its main business.

MLG governs 9 business units – Chinese Market Headquarters, Consumer Electric Division, Environmental Electric Appliance Division, Microwave Oven Division, Dishwasher Division, Kitchen Appliance Division, Premium Product Division, Lighting Division and ASEAN Company, with a workforce of over 60,000 and total assets of 10 billion yuan. By now, Living appliances group has set up production bases in Shunde, Zhongshan, Guangdong; Suzhou, Jiangsu; and Wuhu, Anhui and Vietnam etc. According to the new strategic planning, MGL’s sales revenue will attain 60 billion yuan by 2015.

MLG boasts the largest and most complete industry cluster of small home and appliances and kitchen products of China, and complete microwave oven and dishwasher industrial chains. The major products it deals with include fan, electric cooker, microwave oven, water dispenser, electric heater, dishwasher, induction cooker, water heater, exhaust hood, cooking appliances, electric pressure cooker, electric oven, dust collector, small electric appliances and other consumer electric appliances, as well as large water treatment and environmental equipment, commercial and industrial microwave oven, commercial dishwasher, and other industrial and commercial equipment, in which fan and electric heater have been ranking first in the world in terms of sales volume, and products such as induction cooker, electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, dust collector, and water purifier have been ranking top in the industry.

In the future, MLG will strengthen product upgrading and expansion to relevant fields, foster its independent innovation and sustainable development capabilities by acquiring, annexing and cooperating with world-famous enterprises, and pursue the "3381 Project" energetically.
